Power to the People (us people)

With so much going on this will be short and sweet.
A few years ago Dennis and I started selling a few lots on a ridge overlooking Bahia Gigante.
Who bought the first one? Must have been Tim Malbon followed by Tim Elsner.
So we promised to install Power and Water and split the cost with the new buyers.We have sold 19 of 23 lots and have contracted to install the under ground utilities.
